Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation requests for accommodation should be communicated in writing to DMR Congress Organization.
- Cancellation requests made until January 12, 2024, will be refunded after deducting bank charges.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations made after January 12, 2024.
- All refunds will be processed after the congress.
